The most important thing to look for when buying a life jacket for paddle boarding is getting one that is USCG (United States Coast Guard) approved.<\/p>\n
According to USCG regulations, there are four different types or levels of life jackets.<\/p>\n
They are classified as type I, II, III, and V. Type III life jackets are the most common type of life jacket and the best for paddle boarders.<\/p>\n
